spacious room, kitchenette, clean bathroom
Renovations are needed throughout the property!!! The decor feels stuck in the past, and the absence of a clear WiFi access point left me frustrated!!! Better signage would greatly enhance guest experience!!!

Quiet but desperately needs updates
The tranquility of the area made for peaceful nights, allowing me to recharge and enjoy the days ahead. I appreciate how spacious my room felt, letting me move around comfortably.
However, the overall cleanliness was seriously lacking, particularly in the bathroom, which had visible grime and peeling tiles. This made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

It was just a perfect match for a city escape in Provo with good value. The staff was super kind, helping us quickly find the right room when we faced issues with our reservation. Make sure to ask about any rooms available for special situations if something goes wrong!

A night clerk provided exceptional help during an emergency situation. Despite no rooms being available, she took the time to find alternative accommodations, even offering us a room usually reserved for emergencies. The charming ambiance of the place added a cozy touch, even if some amenities listed, like breakfast and the pool, were no longer available. The room was spacious enough to accommodate our needs, though having to navigate the absence of an elevator was a bit challenging for my husband.

The room was super spacious and having a kitchenette was a game-changer for making quick meals after a day of exploring. I really enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy outdoor seating—it was the perfect way to wind down. The only hiccup was the slightly outdated decor, but it didn't take away from the overall nice experience. 😊

would definitely go again
Big room with two queen beds, a sofa, and a kitchenette. The kitchen area had a stove and refrigerator, perfect for meals. The private bathroom had a nice shower and was clean. Also, my room had free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, heating, and air conditioning. The staff was polite and helpful. Plus, there’s a massage chair, which was a nice touch!
